This was my first time to
go to Wexner Center, and I really enjoyed this experience. I went there at
12:30pm, so there were not many people, so it's quiet. I could look at every
photograph carefully without other people’s interference.
I like Leibovitz put the
famous figures in the middle of the photo. Some of them look realistic and some look very
dark and sad.
One of my favorite
photographs is Mick Jagger singing with a wide-open mouth and holding a
microphone. He looks very thin, and wild in the picture. I think this photo is
very real. Leibovitz captured the moment that a famous rock star singing with
all his emotions and energy.
The
other one is Yoko Ono. She looks sad in the picture. In the photo, she closes
her eyes, and it looks like there are some tears on her face. It is my personal
belief that she really loved her husband, and she missed him. Yoko’s emotion
was totally expressed by Leibovitz’s photo. There is not exaggeratedly sad face
in the image, but it still shows a lot of emotions in the picture.
